Baked Tuna Pasta


As the school started last week, I am also busy thinking what to cook for kids' breakfast and bento. It has to be something easy, quick but healthy. Tapi takde la semestinya 100% healthy. Adakalanya kena juga guna bahan2 ready made. Cuma xde la store-bought-frozen-item all the time kan?

This is what I made for Monday morning's breakfast and bento. Baked tuna pasta yg saya buat siap2 malam sebelumnya. Senang aje cara membuatnya cuma bahan2nya tidak la 100% healthy. Masih melibatkan processed food although I'm not very keen in using processed food.

Saya rebus pasta jenis spiral sampai ala-dente. Lepas tu toskan. Panaskan oven at 180C. Tumiskan sebiji bawang Holland yg dah dicincang dgn olive oil dan masukkan 1 tin Campbell mushroom soup. Then 1 tin tuna in mayonese Ayam Brand. Masukkan juga broccoli yg dipotong kecil2. Tambah blackpepper jika suka. Saya tak tambah garam sbb mushroom soup dan tuna mayonese dah cukup perisa rasanya. Lepas tu masukkan pasta yg dah ditos tadi dan gaul rata. Dah sebati, masukkan ke dalam casserole atau bekas pembakar dan taburkan grated cheese diatasnya. Bakar for about 20 mins or sampai cheese dah jadi keperangan.
