Whether the food cooked well or not, or how ugly does the final result would be, or how disastrous the taste is, I'm determined to put it here just to see how much things that I have cooked. Seafood Fettucine
Sebenarnya saya tak tau nak namakan apa ngan resepi ni. Sebab ni resepi olahan saya sendiri. Saya teringin nak makan pasta. Then ada pulak leftover mushroom gravy yg sy buat utk gravy Spiced Orange Roasted Chicken. Saya punya perangai, saya x suka simpan leftover lama2. Mesti nak recycle secepat mungkin.
Hence, sy terfikir la resepi ini!.
Mudah aje, saya rebus fettuccine macam biasa. Toskan. Kemudian sy cincang halus 2 biji bawang putih. Tumis dalam sedikit minyak zaitun, then masukkan bawang putih cincang tadi. Goreng sampai naik bau. Masukkan sotong dan udang (yg dah dikupas kulit). Tuangkan sos leftover gravy tadi dan kacau. Kalau kering, sy tambahkan sedikit air. Then masukkan capsicum merah dan hijau yg dah didadukan. Akhir sekali masukkan fettucine yg dah direbus. Gaul sebati. Kalau tawar, tambahkan garam. tapi saya tak tambah pon sbb gravy tu dah cukup rasa.
Hidangkan panas2.
I tell you, anak kembar saya makan sampai habis pasta ni :).
