Nando's Garlic Peri-peri Sauce Grilled Chicken Breast
Ini makanan org berdiet....walau nak diet, makanan kena mewah gitu. Kalau asik nak menelan oat, bosan woo...silap2 kang makan 2 pinggan nasi pulak...hehehe.
Anyway this is very simple to make. Sepatutnya nak buat mcm chicken wrap gitu tapi dgn amount yg byk with salad and what nots, saya cuma letak semuanya atas whole meal tortilla.
Chicken breast tu pulak just marinate dgn sos Nando's Garlic Peri-peri utk semalaman. Sos Nando's boleh dibeli di pasaraya Tesco atau kat restoran Nando's sendiri. Harga dalam RM10 gitu kot kalau x silap. Grill la chicken breast atas non-stick pan dgn sedikit minyak zaitun sampai masak.
For the salad, just a combination of romaine salad, timun jepun, tomato dan kacang walnuts. Campurkan semuanya then tuang sos Thousand-Island.
Siap semuanya in about 10 minutes time!
Healthy quick lunch dan duit pon jimat tau...
