Lala Masak Serai
Lala masak serai ni mmg mendapat sambutan hangat dr cik HB dan anak2. Masak dekat 1kg (tapi tau2 je la, yg byk cengkerang, isi ciput aje), habis dimakan masa lunchtime. Konon nak simpan utk dinner, mmg takde harapan.
Resepi:
Bahan2:
1kg lala - dibasuh bersih
5 batang serai - dipotong halus *
3 biji cili masak *
3 ulas bawang putih*
garam secukup rasa
1. Kisar halus bahan2 bertanda *.
2. Panaskan minyak dan tumis bahan2 yg dikisar. Masak sampai naik bau. Masukkan sedikit air kalau tumisan terlalu kering.
3. Masukkan lala. Kacau sebati dgn bahan2 tumis. Biarkan masak sebentar. Kalau nak kuah lebih, masukkan lagi sedikit air (sy suka yg sedikit kering). Perisakan dgn garam.
Hidangkan.

Udang Bakar & Cendawan Shitakee Masak Blackpepper
Waaa...lama sungguh tak update blog, dah 3 bulan rupanya!
Sejak balik Malaysia 2 bulan sudah, aktiviti masak2 sempoi sungguh la. Bukan la x memasak langsung, masak tapi takat lauk2 biasa yg resepinya mmg dah ada dlm blog ni. Lagipon kalau teringin nak makan apa2 yg malas dimasak, pegi kedai je jawabnya! Kat malaysia mmg syurga makanan betul la, ckp je nak makan apa, rajin mencari insyaallah jumpa. Bukan mcm time kat Jerman, teringin nak mkn apa2, usaha la cari resepi & bahan2 sana sini.
Cuma döner kebab mcm kat kedai Turki jerman je la yg tak jumpa laginya :(. Pulak tu boleh dok sebut2 lak dek sikembar!
So utk kembali menyemarakkan blog nan satu ni, meh tgk resepi udang bakar blackpepper ni. Dah lama dah buat masakan ni tapi tak termasuk2 gak kedlm blog. Ni resepi recycle sbb ada lebihan udang bakar masa gi berkelah kat Teluk Senangin ngan famili Kak Liza and Mat/Liza. Oh, kawan2 baik sy masa di Jerman ni sedang bercuti kat malaysia. So mid-May aritu kami semua berkumpul kat Teluk Senangin utk reunion. Cik Dee beli udang, ketam, sotong & ikan utk buat BBQ tepi pantai dan semuanya fresh dr laut! Mmg sedap tapi sbb byk tak habis la dimakan. Tu yg sy dibekalkan dgn udang bakar utk dibawa balik Melaka.
Balik rumah, punggah2 peti ais jumpa cendawan shitakee then fikir punya fikir, gabungkan je la udang bakar dan cendawan shitakee buat masak blackpepper guna sos blackpepper Sarawak. Cara masak? Ikut common sense aje ^_^.
Sedap ok! Bukan sebab sy pandai masak tapi sos lada hitam sarawak mmg marvellous. Kalau masak guna udang goreng pon ok rasanya.
Resepi:
Bahan2:
- 300g udang harimau bakar/goreng (diperap dgn garam & kunyit sebelum dibakar/goreng)
- 2 ulas bawang putih - dicincang halus
- 1/2 biji bawang besar - dicincang halus
- 1 mangkuk kecil cendawan shitake - dihiris nipis
- sedikit kacang buncis - dipotong pendek serong2
- 1 biji tomato - belah 6
- 2 sudu besar sos lada hitam Sarawak
- garam secukup rasa
Cara2:
1. Panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih & bawang besar sampai naik bau.
2. Masukkan sos lada hitam dan sedikit air. Biarkan sampai menggelegak.
3. Masukkan kacang buncis dan cendawan shitake, masak sekejap.
4. Masukkan udang bakar dan tomato. Kacau rata dan perisakan dgn garam. Masak sebentar.
Hidangkan.

Kek Pisang Gebu
1 s/k baking powder
1 s/k soda bikarbonat
1 cawan gula
3 biji pisang yang telak dilenyek
1/2 cawan minyak masak
esen vanila
2 biji telur
caranya
1. Ayak tepung gandum, soda bikarbonat dan baking powder, gliss acuan kek dan panaskan oven 180darjah.
2. Kemudian, putar telur dan gula hingga kembang, masukkan esen vanila dan pisang, putar lagi dan kemudian masukkan tepung.
3.Akhir sekali baru masukkan minyak masak dan kacau sebati, selepas itu masukkan dalam acuan kek dan bakar pada suhu 180 darjah selama 40 minit atau satu jam.
4. Setelah siap dibakar, keluarkan dari acuan dan sejukkan atas redai, sedia untuk dihidangkan, selamat mencuba.
Nasi Tomato
4 biji tomato (dikisar) - sy guna tomato paste
500 ml air
125 ml susu cair
3 sudu makan sos tomato
1 helai daun pandan
sedikit garam
sedikit kacang gajus ( option)
sedikit kismis ( option)
Sedikit bawang goreng
2 sudu makan minyak sapi
2 cn kulit kayu manis
1 kuntum bunga lawang
1 biji buah pelaga
2 ulas bawang putih( ditumbuk)
1 biji bawang besar ( dihiris)
sedikit bawang goreng
sedikit daun ketumbar (dihiris)
1 helai daun pandan
2. Masukkan beras dan goreng sekejap hingga rata.
3. Masukkan sos tomato, tomato kisar, air, susu dan daun pandan.
4. Tanak nasi seperti biasa.
5. Setelah masak taburkan buah gajus, kismis, bawang goreng dan daun ketumbar

Strawberry Shortcake
- 3 biji telur (size M)
- 90g gula
- 80g tepung gandum - ayak
- 30g butter - cairkan
- 1sb susu segar
- 30g gula
- 60ml air panas
- >>> satukan bahan hingga gula larut
- 400ml whipping cream (non diary whipping cream) @ fresh cream
- 30g gula
- 300g strawberry - separuh potong dan separuh hiasan
- Panaskan oven suhu 170.
- Pukul telur hingga berbuih. Masukkan gula dan terus pukul hingga kembang putih dan gebu.
- Masukkan tepung dan susu segar. Kaup balikkan hingga sebati. Last sekali masukkan butter cair. Gaul sebati. Alas loyang dengan baking sheet. Tuang adunan ke dalam loyang dan spraykan (guna air biasa) bahagian atas kek supaya apabila masak permukaan kek kelihatan cantik dan tak kering (tak buat step ini). Bakar selama 30min. Sejukkan dan tanggalkan baking sheet tadi.
- Untuk membuat filling - Putar whipping cream dan juga gula hingga putih gebu. Jangan over mix yer.. ketepikan. *jika guna non diary whipping cream rasanya tak perlu tmbh gula sbb dah ada gula.rujuk link di atas.
- Bila kek dah sejuk, belah tengah kepada dua/tiga bahagian. Sapukan atas kek dengan syrup menggunakan brush hingga lembab. (hana tak buat step ni). Kemudian sapukan cream. Taburkan strawberry yg telah dipotong dua. Letak lagi cream menutupi strawberry. Tutupkan lagi dgn kek. dan ulang langkah tadi (sapu syrup dan buh cream). Jika buat dua lapis, memadai sekali sajer sapu syrup, cream dan stroberi.
- Sapu keliling kek dengan cream. dan hiaskan ikut suka.
- Sejukkan baru potong.

Chili Con Carne
Pistachio Chocolate Butter Cookies
1/2 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup butter, softened
1 egg yolk
1 teaspoon almond extract
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
For decoration: white eggs & crushed pisctachio
Methods:
Preheat oven to 180C.
In a large bowl combine all ingredients except flour and cocoa. Beat at medium speed until light and fluffy (about 2 to 3 minutes). Gradually add flour and cocoa until well mixed (about 2 to 3 minutes). I made it into dough and wrap it with plastic cling and keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Shape rounded teaspoonsful as desired (1-inch balls, 2- to 3-inch logs, balls flattened, balls with indentations, etc.) or use a cookie press. Place 1 inch apart on cookie sheets. For decoration, I brushed the top with white egg and then spred with crushed pistachio.
Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until set. Cool.

Cinnamon Rolls
- 550 g flour
- 25 g fresh yeast , or 8.5 g of dry yeast
- 70 g melted butter
- 210 ml milk
- 75 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 200 g brown sugar
- 85 g butter kept at room temperature
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp milk
Step 1: Begin the dough
Start by adding the flour, the yeast, the sugar, the salt, the eggs, the milk, and the butter into the mixer. Mix the ingredients on low for 5 minutes until it becomes shiny in appearance. Add about 2 Tbsp more of flour to the bowl and turn off mixer. Now scrape the dough from the hook.
Step 2: Knead and let the dough rise
Put a little flour inside the bowl and also sprinkle some on your work table. Now knead the dough briefly. Add a little more flour to the bowl and sprinkle a little onto the dough. Return the dough to the bowl. Cover it and let it rise for about 1 hour or until it has doubled its size.
Step 3: Make the filling
While the dough is rising you can place into a bowl the brown sugar, the cinnamon, and the butter and mix with a spoon until combined. Now set it aside.
Step 4: Preheat oven to 185°C
You can now set the oven to 185 degrees Celsius.
Step 5: Roll the dough
Punch the air out of the dough. Sprinkle the work space with flour and place the dough on it. Sprinkle the dough with some flour. Now roll out the dough to a 1/2 cm thickness, making sure there is enough flour to prevent it from sticking to the table.
Step 6: Shape the rolls
You can now spread the filling on the dough. Carefully roll the dough into a log and cut it into slices of about 3 cm in thickness. Place them on the lined baking tray, leaving enough space for the rolls to rise. Allow them to rise for 15-20 minutes.
Step 7: Wash and bake
Take your egg wash and using your brush, paint each roll individually. Put the tray into the oven and let them bake for 12-15 minutes.
Step 8: Cool and serve
Remove the tray from the oven and let the rolls cool a bit. Your Cinnamon Rolls are now ready to serve. They can be eaten cold but they taste especially good warm.
Gulai Darat Daging Kelantan
- 1 kg daging
- 1 biji kelapa-ambil santannya
- Garam secukup rasa
- Budu (ikut citarasa byk mana)
- ****BAHAN DIKISAR****
- 2-3 ulas bawang putih
- 10 ulas bawang merah
- 1/2 biji bawang besar
- 10 biji chili kering
- 1 batang serai
- 1 inchi lengkuas
- 1 inchi kunyit @ 1 sudu teh untuk kunyit serbuk
- ****BAHAN DITUMBUK****
- 2 sudu besar rempah butir@ketumbar
- 3 sudu besar kerisik kelapa
Cara-cara
- Gaulkan daging bersama bahan-bahan yang dikisar dan ditumbuk tadi itu sehingga sebati.
- Selepas itu,masukkan sedikit santan.Masak sehingga daging itu empuk.Kire cam mati rempah or awas la org kltn panggil.
- Pastu masukkan santan yang selebihnya.Garam secukup rasa dan budu.Kacau sehingga ia masak.
- P/S:- Boleh masukkan 2-3 biji lada hijau or kacang panjang.Ikut suka laa...byk mana..
