Semenjak menubuhkan bisnes online ni, masa byk sgt tertumpu menguruskan bisnes tu. Bila ada masa (bila x buat keje rumah & layan anak2 la) survey harga2 brg, pegi beli brg, reply e-mails, update FB & blog bisnes. It's fun tapi it's time consuming too. So terpaksa la give up time utk hobi memasak.
Tapi rasa tak best pulak tak update blog masak ni. Sy still masak mcm biasa, cuma takde try sgt resepi2 baru. Tapi bila buat resepi baru, sempat gak la amik gambar. Cuma x tau bila nak masukkan dlm blog. Mcm contohnya apple muffin ni dah buat seminggu lepas. Tapi xpe la, janji rekodkan.
Sy buat muffin sbb nak abis 3 biji epal yg dah x laku sejak sekian lama dan makin nak lembik. So dr nanti lembik begitu saja mari la cari idea utk digunakan. Sy mcm biasa, sikit pon tak makan sbb tak suka benda manis tapi anak2 kata muffin ni sedap. ´Gordon Ramsay pon makan´3-4 biji gak walau pun tak komen apa2.
Resepi apple muffin ni sy ambil dr blog The Girl Who Eats Everything.
So here cut & paste recipe:
