Resipi Blueberry Cheese Cake

Untuk base (jika suke biskut byk, leh gandakan base nih)-kite doublekan
- 80g biskut merie or etc -K. hana gune ritz, kite guna digestive
- 50g butter – cairkan
Untuk Cheesecake
- 250g cream cheese
- 200g whipping cream
- 150g yogurt plain
- 50g gula – leh add
- 15g gelatin
- 60ml air panas
- 50g buah blueberry tin – kite ikut Kak Hana gune yang segar+ jem
- 25ml syrup blueberry – bleh gune filling@jem blueberry
- Hancurkan biskut sehingga menjadi serbuk. Sediakan loyang springform 18cm. Alas loyang dengan plastik wrap atau kertas minyak supaya senang nak keluarkan.
- Tuang mentega ke dalam biskut. Kacau rata. Tuang ke dalam loyang dan padat2kan. Simpan di dalam peti sejuk sekurang2nya 30min-sejam.
- Bancuh gelatin dengan air panas. Kacau sehingga gelatin larut. Suamkan. (atau boleh juga kaedah double boiler utk satukan gelatin nih agar tidak berbiji2)
- Pukul cream cheese dan gula hingga gula hancur dan nampak gebu. Masukkan yogurt dan juga whipping cream. Pukul lagi hingga sebati. Masukkan gelatin dan pukul lagi hingga rata.
- Gunakan spatula, masukkan buah blueberry dan juga syrup. Tak perlu kacau sebati sebab inginkan hasil seperti marble. Tuang ke dalam loyang biskut tadi. Dan sejukkan semula di dalam peti ais lebih kurang 2-3jam.
- Potong dan hidangkan.

Chocolate Chip Cookies
Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe:
1 cup (2 sticks) (226 grams) unsaltedbutter,room temperature
3/4cup (150 grams) granulated whitesugar
3/4cup (160 grams) firmly packed light brownsugar
2 largeeggs
1 1/2teaspoons purevanillaextract
2 1/4cups (295 grams) all-purposeflour
1teaspoonbaking soda
1/2teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups (270 grams) semisweet chocolate chips
1 cup (100 grams) walnuts or pecans, coarsely chopped (optional)
Chocolate Chip Cookies:Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) with rack in center of oven. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In the bowl of your electric mixer (or with a hand mixer), beat the butter until smooth and creamy. Add the white and brown sugars and beat until fluffy (about 2 minutes). Beat in eggs, one at a time, making sure to beat well after each addition. Add the vanilla and beat until incorporated.Scrape down the sides of the bowl as needed.
In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, and salt. Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and beat until incorporated, adding the chocolate chips and nuts (if using) about half way through mixing. If you find the dough very soft, cover and refrigerate until firm (about 30 minutes).
For large cookies, use about a 2 tablespoon ice cream scoop or with two spoons, drop about 2 tablespoons of dough (35 grams) onto the prepared baking sheets. Bake about 12 - 14 minutes, or until golden brown around the edges. Cool completely on wire rack.
Makes about 4 dozen - 3 inch round cookies.
Note: You can freeze this dough. Form the dough into balls and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze and then place the balls of dough in a plastic bag, seal, and freeze. When baking, simply place the frozen balls of dough on a baking sheet and bake as directed - may have to increase baking time a few minutes.

Nasi Daging & Air Asam
Bahan: 1 kg. daging....potong sebesar 4 inci dan rebus dgn halia sehingga lembut 6 cawan beras bathmati....bersih dan toskan 8 cawan air rebusan daging 1 cawan susu cair 3 sudu besar minyak sapi 1 tin tomato sup [500 gm tomato cincangkan] 3 susu besar rempah kurma dibancuh dgn sedikit air 2 sudu besar kismis 5 helai daun pandan ..disimpulkan garam & gula secukup rasa Bahan tumis 2 inci kulit kayu manis 2 kuntum bunga lawang 5 kuntum bunga cengkih 3 kuntum buag pelaga 2 labu bawang besar ] 3 ulas bawang putih ] mayang halus atau tumbuk 1 inci halia ] Cara memasak: 1. Panaskan minyak sapi dalam periuk Rice Cooker 2. Tumiskan bahan tumis dan dimayangkan. 3. Masukkan rempah yang dibancuh dgn sedikit air..biarkan wangi. 4. Masukkan air rebusan daging, tomato sup , susu cair dan daging...biarkan mendideh. 5. Masukkan daun pandan, garam , gula , beras dan kismis 6. Pindahkan periuk Rice Cooker dan biarkan nasi masak saperti biasa. 7. Hidangkan bersama Dalca Sayuran dan Air Asam. | |

1.5 liter air rebusan tulang lembu@ayam
1 keping dada ayam, dihiris - sy guna hirisan daging
1/2 cawan isi udang - tak guna
1 keping fish cake, dihiris - tak guna
1 cawan potongan bunga kobis - tak guna
1 cawan hirisan campuran capsicum merah, kuning dan hujau
3 pokok sawi bok choy, dibersihkan dan disiang
1 biji tomato, belah empat
1/3 batang kobis, belah 2 dan hiris serong - ni sy guna karot sbb bunyi mcm patutnya karot
2 ulas bawang putih, cincang halua
3 camca besar sos tiram
1 camca teh kicap pekat
3/4 camca teh serbuk lada hitam
1 camca teh tepung jagung*
1/4 cawan air*(*dibancuh hingga rata)
Garam secukup rasa
BAHAN LAIN :-)
500 g kuey teow
1/2 camca teh minyak bijan
Hirisan daun bawang, untuk hiasan
Bawang goreng, untuk hiasan
Cili hijau jeruk
- Panaskan sedikit minyak dalam kuali, tumis bawang putih hingga harum, masukkan daging ayam dan lobak merah, kacau rata. Tambah sos tiram, kicap pekat dan serbuk lada hitam, gaul dan tuang stok air rebusan tulang. Biar mendidih.
- Masukkan udang, bunga kobis dan fish cake. Biar sekejap dan tuang bancuhan tepung jagung, kacau rata dan masukkan tomato, sawi bok choy dan juga garam secukup rasa. Masak sekejap dengan api perlahan hingga kuah memekat. Matikan api.
- Panaskan kuali non-stick, masukkan kuey teow tadi bersama minyak bijan dan kacau pantas selama 30 saat. Matikan api dan alih ke dalam mangkuk hidangan. Tuang kuah tadi dan hias dengan taburan daun bawang dan bawang goreng. Hidangkan bersama cili hijau jeruk...
